1 General Overview

BD999Bet reserves the right to reject any registration application at any time without providing a reason. Registrations submitted with false information may result in account suspension or termination, and any deposited funds may be forfeited.

3 Age & Eligibility

You must be 18 years of age or older to register and use BD999Bet's services. This platform is strictly prohibited for minors.

• BD999Bet may request a national ID, passport, or other government-issued document for age verification at any time.
• Withdrawals may be put on hold until age verification is completed.
• Operating an account on behalf of a minor is a serious offense and may result in legal action.
• It is your own responsibility to ensure that online betting is legal in your area of residence.

4 Deposits & Withdrawals

BD999Bet supports deposits and withdrawals via Bangladesh's most popular payment methods — bKash, Nagad, and Rocket. All transactions are processed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT).

Deposit Policy:

• Minimum deposit amount is ৳500 BDT.

Withdrawal Policy:

• Minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500 BDT.
• Withdrawals are typically processed within 12 to 48 hours.
• Withdrawals may be held if KYC verification has not been completed.
• Winnings from bonuses are subject to specific wagering requirements before a withdrawal can be made.
• BD999Bet reserves the right to suspend a withdrawal and conduct an investigation in the event of unusual or suspicious transactions.

5 Bonuses & Promotions

BD999Bet regularly offers a variety of bonuses and promotional deals. Each bonus comes with specific terms and conditions that must be read before acceptance.

• The welcome bonus is available to new users only and applies once per account.
• To convert bonus funds into cash, you must meet the applicable wagering requirements — typically 10x to 30x the bonus amount.
• Bonuses have an expiry period. Any unused bonus will be automatically forfeited once the validity period ends.
• Multiple bonuses cannot be used at the same time unless explicitly permitted by BD999Bet.
• If BD999Bet finds evidence of bonus abuse, it reserves the right to forfeit the bonus and any associated winnings.

6 Betting Rules

Placing bets on BD999Bet requires following certain rules. These rules apply equally to all users.

• Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be changed or cancelled unless BD999Bet explicitly permits it.
• Odds in live betting change in real time. The odds displayed at the moment you place your bet are final.
• BD999Bet reserves the right to void any bet placed at incorrect odds due to a technical error.
• If an event is cancelled or postponed, the stake for that bet will be refunded.
• BD999Bet's decision on the outcome of any bet is final.
• Maximum bet limits may vary by event and market, and BD999Bet reserves the right to change them at any time.

7 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the BD999Bet platform. Any violation will result in immediate account suspension.

• Using funds obtained through money laundering or any illegal source.
• Placing bets using software bots, scripts, or automation tools.
• Intentionally exploiting any vulnerability or technical flaw in the BD999Bet system.
• Creating multiple accounts to abuse bonus offers.
• Attempting to gain unauthorized access to another user's account.
• Threatening, harassing, or attempting to defraud BD999Bet or its staff.
• Attempting to influence the outcome of a bet through match fixing or any other fraudulent means.

8 Account Closure & Suspension

BD999Bet reserves the right to temporarily suspend or permanently close any account under the following circumstances:

• Violating any part of the Terms & Conditions.
• Failure to cooperate with identity verification.
• Where evidence of suspicious or fraudulent activity is found.
• If the user submits a request to close their own account.
• If self-exclusion is requested under the Responsible Gaming policy.

9 Limitation of Liability

BD999Bet makes every effort to keep its services reliable. However, BD999Bet's liability is limited in certain circumstances:

• BD999Bet is not liable for issues caused by third-party service failures, including payment gateways or internet service providers.
• BD999Bet does not guarantee winnings of any specific amount.
• Any loss resulting from sharing your account details with others is solely the user's responsibility.
